TEKsystems' Recruiters are responsible for delivering a wide variety of services
to our technical professionals and our customers. Our Recruiters team up with
Business Development Managers, customer service representatives and others to
deliver unrivaled IT and communications staffing and services.

to move into Business Development roles or to establish themselves as Recruiter

Typical TEKsystems Recruiter job duties include:
- Developing recruiting strategies to locate and select qualified applicants
- Verifying the skills and qualifications of job candidates
- Overseeing the pre-engagement processes
- Managing TEKsystems' relationship with contractors while on
assignment
- Assessing and investigating contractor problems
- Negotiating pay rates and other terms with candidates
- Partnering with business development managers to identify new accounts, target
skills, account potential and other business opportunities
- Communicating with peers by sharing 'best practices' and properly documenting
contractor relationship and transactions in various business systems
applications
- Performing other duties as required
Qualified Recruiter candidates must:
- Have a Bachelor's degree or related sales or recruiting background.
- Possess strong written and oral communication skills.
- Have a desire to learn and advance in a vibrant sales environment and be
capable of regularly using independent judgment and discretion to accomplish
goals and work requirements.
- Be familiar with Microsoft Word and MS Outlook (or similar email application)
- Be currently authorised to work in the UK.
